Nowruz
When the sun rose in the sky and shed light on that throne, everyone rejoiced and added Shed, which means light and illumination, to the name Jam. That day, by order of Jamshid, they held a great celebration, because on Nowruz, the universe began to revolve, God began creation, and joy and greenery filled the horizons. This joyful celebration of nature’s creation coincides with the beginning of spring and the beginning of the planting season, and the equinox has reached its limit, as it is also manifested in the exchange of night and day.
